The room was clean and relatively spacious for a hotel in a very central area of the city. We also appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable staff that made our stay comfortable. Lastly, the hotel was conveniently located close to public transportation, making it easy for us to explore the city.

Breakfast is not included in this price. The beds are too narrow, they are not king size, like almost anywhere in the USA.

The Gatsby Hotel really impressed me with their attention to detail. The staff at the front desk were incredibly sweet and made the check-in and checkout process a breeze. The rooms were clean and quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, with plenty of amazing restaurants and convenient access to public transportation.

The only minor downside I noticed was the lack of a full body mirror in the room.

Close to the metro and a very convenient location for all kinds of food. Quick to reach the touristic places. Pleasant staff with always a kind word when they meet us. We had a deluxe room upstairs, we were not at all disturbed by the noise of the corridors or the elevator, we could hear a little noise from the street but that's normal. Bathroom items complete and renewed every day. Very good value for money for the city.

Cleaning of the floor and furniture in the room which could be more thorough (after something spilled, the floor stuck when we arrived and this lasted several days).

Plus, we caught an electrifying event at The Garden, aka Madison Square Garden, which was just a stone's throw away. The comfortable rooms, attentive staff, and nearby dining options made for an unforgettable family trip.

My wife says that a dedicated kids' play area would make it even more family-friendly.

The location is great, next to a subway stop and close to the most visited areas of Manhattan. On the same street as the hotel is a supermarket with a variety of quality packaged and prepared foods that is open until 11pm. Free coffee and tea are available at the front desk.

The room is quite small and I've been getting a lot of charges and credits on my card, even days after I left the accommodation, so it's a mess to clear up the issue of payments.

The hotel is not soundproofed at all. We were on the top floor and yet, the slightest door that closes in the hotel or the slightest word can be heard as if it were in the room itself.

the staff were super helpful and apologetic, and the location was fantastic. With the subway and Wholefoods just across the road, there was plenty to do within a 5-minute walk. I appreciated having a room with two double beds, which is not always offered in other hotels. the friendly front desk staff made me feel welcome and were accommodating with storing my luggage before and after check-in.

Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with elevators and handrails in place to assist with mobility, making it easy for older guests to navigate the hotel comfortably.

I would ask for a better vacation for senior people that the children of the staff be more attentive to the needs of older guests, such as offering assistance with luggage and providing clearer directions for using the amenities.

The Room Service - When I entered my room, I was greeted by the most inviting bed ever, with soft linens that felt like being cuddled by a cloud. It was as if the bed was calling out to me, whispering sweet lullabies of comfort and coziness.

We had such a great experience staying at Gatsby! the location was perfect, just minutes away from the subway and surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. the rooms, although small, were extremely comfortable and clean. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They even kept milk for us in their fridge as our room didn't have one. We received lots of helpful tips from them throughout the week. We didn't want to leave!

Stayed at a hidden gem hotel in a perfect location in Lower East Side. Close to famous Katz's Deli and great value for money. Although there were some issues with the elevator and room key, the staff was nice and tried to resolve the problems. Despite these minor inconveniences, the cozy and clean room made for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel.
